plant material in the spring; plant and prepare
gardens in the fall; compost,
weed, mulch and remove buckthorn.
We will
also build and install composters and lighting.

Price Structure
The price of your garden
is determined by the cost of labor, plants
and other materials used and the service
fee. See details and explanation below. The
first site evaluation and visit are free.
Landscaping
LABOR -
Site Preparation
and Maintainance -
garden design, layout and flagging; brush, buckthorn
and other weed removal; herbiciding, rototilling, edging,
mulching, adding new plants or removing
old plants.
Planting and Mulching -
plant selection and delivery, placement, planting,
mulching, fertilizing, labeling plant stakes, constructing
irrigation systems, etc.
Designers: $60 per hour
Interns/Helpers: $36 per hour
Other Landscaping Materials
and Supplies -
mulch and nuggets, permits, licenses, fertilizer,
herbicides, topsoil,composted humus and manure,
structures, hardscapes, rocks and logs, etc.-
at cost and a service fee.
Landscaping Service Fee -
(delivery charge, handling if applicable)
25% additional computed upon total cost of
the supplies or materials used that we handled,
supplied or delivered. Fee does not apply
to labor or materials shipped by outside
vendors, plants, yard art or plant stakes.
Terms - we would appreciate
a down payment of 25% with balance due upon
completion or as periodically invoiced.
Estimates are given
in good faith, based on current information
and are not necessarily the final cost.
Fully insured for General Liability
and Workers' Compensation. Certificates of
insurance available upon request.
Illinois Department of
Agriculture, Bureau of Environmental Programs,
licensed and certified herbicide/pesticide
commercial applicators and operators.
